?         Any item that is not personalized can be returned within thirty (30) days for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

?         Any items that were originally shipped free of charge will be charged refunded the full amount minus $6 for the original shipping.

?         All returned items must be in good condition and able to be resold.

?         Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

?         All orders ship within 1 to 5 business days.

?         We ship all packages 3-day USPS so you should expect your purchases within ten (10) business days from the date of purchase.  USPS does not guarantee there ship times so if you need an order quicker than 10 days please contact us and will look into if you need to upgrade shipping to FedEx at an additional charge.

 

 

 

Damage

 

?         Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or a replacement.

?         Report of damage must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
